RAKE-IT is a volunteer-driven AFSC Action Team that provides yard maintenance services for Sisters City residents. This is intended for residents who are unable due to physical or economic restrictions to perform the work themselves. The type of work we do includes:
Raking and disposing of pine needles and pine cones
Trimming and disposing of overgrown landscaping
Cutting grass
Pulling weeds
Cleaning gutters
Removing pine needles and debris from roofs. Note that this will be limited to what can be done from the ground. If the work requires someone getting up on a roof, this must be done by a qualified contractor.
